I have tried out with a new app launcher or home screen
(whatever you call it), EZ launcher for a day or so. It is a nice home
replacement option, although EZ launcher is relatively new in the market so not
much option and features but still enough to be the default home screen app.
The app is nicely built and has got that newness in the looks, but I missed the
options such as transitions and ability to edit the apps in the dock, it may be
that I was not able to figure that out as long as I have used, but they surely
seem to be missing form the current version of the app, may be it will come in
the next few versions. The best part of the app I liked is an app manager tool with
options like task manager, uninstaller, app2sd with just one click from the app
drawer. The gadgets in the EZ launcher are also good, I faced a few issues with
the message widget but really loved the clock and weather widget. The app is
not the best launcher or home screen replacement available in the Play store
but sure not a bad option available and at the end of the day it depends on
your personal preference.
