Samsung files complaint against Apple after facing a ban to sell Galaxy tab 10.1 in France

Well soon after the ban on Samsung Galaxy tab 10.1 in France Samsung has to so this and they now have filed a complain against Apple.
The complain targets Apple’s iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS and iPhone 3G as well as the iPad and iPad 2, claiming that the devices infringe on three Samsung-owned patents, this time the patents are not regarding the design rather it is the UMTS communication standard which are under the scan. So let's see what comes out to be the decision of the court, it will be in favor of Apple or Samsung.
