Evernote is undoubtedly one of the best cross platform note taking application available and one of my favorites. Evernote is available for web, iOS, Android, Mac and Windows with an easy to use and good looking interface.
It has got a Google chrome app as well which takes you to the web version of evernote which is fully functional and available anywhere. You just need an Evernote id to login across various devices and it just syncs no matter on which platform you are.
