Apple has a page in their Japan website that gives the details about these repairs and clearly tells the support for the macs, iPads, iPhones and iPods before 30th June.
The disclaimer also says that the offer could be withdrawn any time without any notice at all. So if you live in Japan and has a damaged Apple device go for the offer.
