iPhone in Brazil running Android

Well, this really sounds a thing out of the world but it is a part of our planet only. A Brazilian company has launched a phone with the name and has already started selling it. The company has won a legal right to use the name, iPhone in their device after applying for the rights 2008.
The Brazillian trademark office says that Gradiente has asked for the name before Apple did and it has the right to use the name till 2018. So if you are in Brazil you can use an iPhone which is running Android 2.3 but not the Apple iPhone it is Gradiente iPhone. The phone is available on Gradiente's website for 600 reals($300).
