We all of us sometimes think of having a dislike button in Facebook, especially when someone tags us in a photo that they think is cool, no matter how bad it is.
Facebook does have a dislike button but I think it is in a wrong place, it comes after we like something and that is not a good thing.
When you like a photo or a link then the like option turns into a dislike option (unlike, little change but a similar thing), but it would have been more interesting if the dislike button was more obvious or at least our friend gets two notifications, the first one that I have liked and the other one that after sometime I have disliked it. ;)
