Send and HTML e-mail with any account using outlook

Well anyone can send HTML emails, the only requirement is that you should know how to code basic HTML. You can use yahoo, gmail, Hotmail or any other email service just make sure it allows you to send HTML emails.
The best tool to do this is Microsoft Outlook, which gives an easy way to embed HTML template in email while composing. Just open new blank email to compose and attach the HTML file, just instead of inserting the file choose to option of insert as text and you are ready to go.
