Brazil is to host the FIFA world cup 2014, so the word soccer chapm country is looking to upgrade
their telecommunication network before the start of the world cup in the next 3 years. The host was looking for the upgrade and now the government officials have finally made it official,
though the date of the upgrade is still not revealed but will be before the world cup.
